Transform Your Practice. Transform Your Future.
You didn’t become a dentist to feel stuck. You became a dentist to grow, to create impact, and to give patients life-changing results.
Dental implants are the fastest way to expand your practice, increase revenue, and elevate your confidence — but only with training that delivers real, hands-on mastery.
That’s what The Dental Implant Continuum™ is all about.
In just 4 immersive weekends (88 CE hours), you’ll go beyond lectures and into action — guided workshops, live models, and cadaver surgical training. With our expert faculty by your side, you’ll gain the clarity, skills, and confidence to place implants successfully and grow your reputation.
This isn’t just education. It’s transformation.

General dentists consistently choose the Dental Implant Continuum™ because it delivers a level of depth, mentorship, and real-world clinical training that other programs simply can’t match. It’s not just education — it’s a complete, proven system designed to build confidence, competence, and long-term success in implant dentistry.
✔ 20,000+ General Dentists Trained
With over 25 years of implant mastery, Dr. Arun K. Garg has trained more GPs worldwide than nearly any other educator. His proven systems and step-by-step approach give clinicians real-world skills that translate immediately into practice.
✔ Comprehensive Learning Path
You master the entire implant workflow — treatment planning, surgical protocols, grafting, prosthetics, complications, and maintenance — not just isolated procedures.
✔ True Mentorship, Not Just a Course
You get ongoing access to expert instructors who support you long after the program ends. No one gets left behind — you’re mentored until you’re confident.
✔ Flexible Learning Options
Start virtually, learn on-demand, or attend in-person sessions in Miami. You choose the path that fits your schedule and learning style.
✔ Hands-On Confidence Building
Cadaver labs, live workshops, and case-based coaching help you safely and predictably integrate implants into everyday practice.
✔ Designed Specifically for GPs
Whether you’re brand new to implants or expanding your skill set, the curriculum is structured for general dentists who want practical, implementable training.
✔ Proven Track Record of Success
With thousands of graduates successfully adding implants to their practices, the Continuum has become the go-to pathway for dentists seeking results they can trust.
Other courses overwhelm you with theory or rush you through cases. The Dental Implant Continuum™ is designed for doctors who want true confidence and immediate results.
This isn’t just a course. It’s the bridge between where you are now — and the level of practice you KNOW you can build.
Spread across 4 weekends, the Continuum cleverly combines in-depth lectures on all aspects of Implant Dentistry with hands-on workshops. Using specially designed surgical, soft tissue and prosthetic models (including a cadaver specimen) you will sharpen your skills under the watchful eyes of a caring faculty before you return to the office.
