Fraud Blocker Dental Implant Seminars - Live Implant Continuum Training

Dental Implant Continuum + Live Patient = Unmatched Results

The Gold Standard Pathway in Implant Education

For doctors serious about outcomes, nothing compares to the power of combining the Implant Continuum with Live Patient Training.

The Continuum gives you the knowledge and step-by-step methodology you need to understand implant dentistry inside and out. Then, our Live Patient Training provides the opportunity to put that foundation into action — placing implants on real patients under the guidance of world-class instructors in Tijuana or the Dominican Republic.

This two-part pathway bridges the gap between theory and practice, ensuring you don’t just learn implants—you master them.

Why Combine Both?

  • Complete Foundation + Real Experience
Didactics alone aren’t enough. Surgery alone isn’t enough. Together, they create a learning experience that sticks.
  • From Classroom to Clinic
Transition seamlessly from lectures, models, and cadavers to performing surgery on live patients — building confidence every step of the way.
  • Expert Mentorship
Our faculty stand beside you during surgery, guiding your technique in real time.
  • Unmatched Confidence
Walk away not only understanding implantology but being fully prepared to apply it in your practice.

Why This Continuum Is Different

Other courses overwhelm you with theory or rush you through cases. The Dental Implant Continuum™ is designed for doctors who want true confidence and immediate results.

This isn’t just a course. It’s the bridge between where you are now — and the level of practice you KNOW you can build.

Inside the Dental Implant Continuum Pathway: Session-by-Session Breakdown

Spread across 4 weekends, the Continuum cleverly combines in-depth lectures on all aspects of Implant Dentistry with hands-on workshops. Using specially designed surgical, soft tissue and prosthetic models (including a cadaver specimen) you will sharpen your skills under the watchful eyes of a caring faculty before you return to the office.
